1. Eligibility and Claiming the Bonus

1.1. This offer is a one-time bonus available only to newly registered players.

1.3. If the bonus is not claimed or is cancelled by the player, it will be forfeited.

1.4. Only one bonus is permitted per account, IP address, email, phone number, family, or household.

2. Bonus Application and Expiry

2.1. The bonus offer is a 100% match on the first deposit made after claiming the bonus, up to a maximum of R10,000. The minimum qualifying deposit is R50.

2.2. The matched bonus funds will be credited to the player's bonus wallet.

2.3. Bonus money has a 14-day expiry period from the date it is claimed.

2.4. eBet reserves the right to manually apply the bonus in case of any unforeseen error.

3. Wagering Requirements

3.1. The bonus funds are subject to a wagering (turnover) requirement of 22x (twenty-two times) the bonus amount.

3.2. All bets placed to meet the wagering requirements must have minimum odds of 1.9 (or higher) per selection.

3.3. Only multiple bets (accumulators) placed on pre-match events are eligible to be funded using bonus money.

3.4. A positive real money balance is required to use bonus funds.

4. Use of Bonus Funds and Betting Restrictions

4.1. Only the bonus money balance can be used for placing multiple bets; the real money balance will be used for single bets or bets with odds below 1.9.

4.2. The cash-out function is disabled for bets placed with bonus money.

4.3. It is strictly forbidden to use bonus money to cover more than one outcome on a single event (e.g., both sides of a two-way or three-way market).

4.4. Any breach of clause 4.3 will result in the immediate forfeiture of the entire bonus and deposit amount, the blocking of the player's account, and a permanent ban from the site.

5. General Provisions

5.1. eBet reserves the right to amend, suspend, cancel, reclaim, or refuse any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion, at any time, without prior notice.

5.2. The bonus is offered for entertainment and relaxation purposes only. Any player profile deemed to be abusing the bonus structure will have their bonus voided and account suspended.

5.3. eBet will void all winnings and close the account if it is discovered that incorrect, irregular, or fraudulent information was used to create the account. Such activity may be reported to the relevant legal authorities.

5.4. eBet reserves the right to void winnings and prohibit players if fraud is suspected, including the use of automated programs (bots) or collusion with other players.

6. Disputes and Regulatory Oversight

6.1. eBet is regulated by the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board (“the Board”).

6.2. Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly with eBet may be referred to the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board for resolution.

6.3. The Board will be notified of any changes to these terms and conditions and of any unsettled disputes.
